I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, close to Raif monastery and other attractions. The service provided by the staff at the reception desk was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and most importantly, able to communicate effectively in English. The room amenities were top-notch, including tea and coffee facilities, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a spacious sitting area. I also appreciated the dressing area and the free toiletries provided. The room itself was large and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV, an am/fm alarm clock, and a cozy carpeted floor. The continental breakfast served in the restaurant buffet was delicious and satisfying.
I recommend this hotel to families without hesitation.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was close to the main shopping street and right by the university. The hotel facilities were nice, with a small workout room and a lovely pool. Best aspects , a convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions and a large, well, equipped room.

The hotel was very new and clean. The staff helped us with arranging sightseeing tours and were always friendly. The location was great with many good restaurants nearby and a short walk to key landmarks.
The breakfast was not the best and we preferred eating out. The bed was not very comfortable and the comforter kept moving around.
